Mixed Green Salad with Grilled Duck Breast and Maple Raspberry Vinaigrette
8 Cups (1 @ 8 oz package) Mixed greens
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese cut into thin strips
1 Tomato cut into wedges
1/2 Cup Canned whole kernel corn
2 1/2 Cups Sliced grilled duck breast (chilled)
1/4 Cup Nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 1/2 Cups Croutons
1 Cup Maple Raspberry Vinaigrette (See Below)

Maple Raspberry Vinaigrette
1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Raspberry Vinegar
1/2Tbs. Basil (fresh preferred)
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Sea salt
Make a bed of salad greens in a large salad bowl or serving platter. Top with cheese, tomato, corn, sliced duck breast, and nuts. Just prior to serving, add croutons and vinaigrette.

Mix all ingredients. Shake well. Store in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
